Spring Break Camp Info and CHANGES TO THE CRUISE CLASSIC SCHEDULE! Jan 27th


Attention all Team Parents: There has been a slight change to the Cruise Classic Meet Schedule, affecting those gymnasts who were originally placed in sessions #12 and #13. Please see the revised schedule below for the most up-to-date schedule for the meet. We look forward to hosting a fantastic and successful Cruise Classic Meet! See you there!

Important Announcements, Updates, Meet Info and Universal Invite Boys Meet Recap! January 25th, 2011

Hello Team Parents!

Welcome to meet season! It's a very busy and exciting time at Park Avenue. This week's post is very important. We have several announcements, meet schedules and information, and a meet recap for you, so please read below!


Attention ALL team parents: There is NO team practice this Saturday, January 29th! The coaches will be traveling out-of-town for the Hilton Head Competition.


GASPARILLA CLASSIC:

 The Boys Competition schedule has now been posted for Gasparilla! Please click here to view it.

Attention ALL girls team parents!: There have been some schedule changes for the girls team for Gasparilla. Please click here to view the revised schedule for the Girls Team and keep an eye out for any schedule changes that may affect you.

REVISED Cruise Classic Schedule

Boys Team: Universal Invite Meet Recap! (January 22nd, Doral, Florida)

We want to extend a HUGE congratulations to our Park Avenue Boys Team for an outstanding meet performance at the Universal Invite! Our Level 5 Boys placed SECOND in the Team Competition, a result of strong individual performances by ALL the boys! In addition to showcasing their athletic achievements, our boys showed intense concentration, strong effort and great attitudes, making the Park Avenue family extremely proud. Thank you to Coach Carlos, as well, for being such a dedicated and outstanding coach!

Gasparilla Meet Schedule AND Sleep-Away Camp Information!

Greetings Team Parents!

Gasparilla 2011 Schedule Now Available!

The women's meet schedule for the Gasparilla Classic is now available!

*The men's schedule will be posted here as soon as it becomes available.


Sleep-Away Camp Details:


As discussed at the sleep-away camp meeting on January 13th, the voluntary sleep-away camp this summer for the Park Avenue Team kids will be *Flip Fest* in Tennessee. 

Park Avenue gymnasts will be attending camp the week of 
June 12th - June 17th, 2011.

Registration forms and payment will be turned in together as a team. The due date will be announced as soon as it is determined. Please do not sign up individually, as we will be trying to negotiate a group rate if possible.

Meet Recap: Tampa Bay Turners Invite January 14th-16th


Congratulations to the Park Avenue Team Girls on a really great first meet at Tampa Bay! The coaches are very satisfied with an overall strong performance by the girls and for the positive attitude and lots of great effort that they put forth. This meet gave them high hopes for a successful remainder of the season, and we are all looking forward to seeing continued achievements and progress from our Park Avenue Team athletes!
