Fall Meet Schedule Change

We have a fall meet schedule change that

affects the Level 2's & 3's ONLY!

Instead of attending the Gold Rush Invite on October 15th & 16th, 2011. We will now be sending our Level 2's & 3's to the Think Pink Invite the weekend of October 8th & 9th, 2011.

 (Think Pink Meet Information is located to the right of the blog.)

It is important for Park Avenue's team to support gyms that support our meets and the easiest way for us to do this, is do divide the team and take our Level 2's & 3's to the Think Pink Invite and keep our Level 4's & 5's going to the Gold Rush Invite on October 15th & 16th, 2011.

If for some reason your daughter is unable to attend the competition on October 8th & 9th, please let me know by Friday, September 2nd so that I do not enter her in the Think Pink Invite.

All Team Leotards & Warm-ups that were ordered earlier in the summer are in and ready to be picked up! <b>Balance must be paid at time of pick up.</b> Ask for your order at the front desk. Team Mom Meet Shirts that were ordered are also available for pick up.

Sarah Fisher - ISU Verbal Agreement

Congratulations to Sarah Fisher on making a verbal agreement to Illinois State University on August 24, 2011 for a Full Gymnastics Scholarship! The whole entire Park Avenue Family is very proud and excited for her. Go Redbirds!!!

Meeting for Cooper City Team Parents This Friday 5:40pm

Attention parents of Cooper City Girls Team Gymnasts:

There will be a meeting with Stu at the Cooper City gym this Friday, August 19th at 5:40pm. All Cooper City girls team parents are welcome to attend this meeting, where we will discuss the current coaching situation and upcoming meet season.

Meetings for Cooper City Team Compulsory Gymnasts

Attention Cooper City Compulsory Parents!

Meetings Thursday, August 11^th!

Coach Kathy will be holding a group meeting for all *new* Level 3 parents to discuss the upcoming competitive season Thursday, August 11^th from 8:30-8:50am.

Kathy will also be holding individual meetings with *current level 3’s, level 4’s and level 5’s* to discuss evaluations and levels for the next competitive season. These meetings will be in 10 minute intervals beginning at 8:50am on Thursday, August 11th.

Please sign up on the list found on the bulletin board at the gym next to the time slot you wish to meet with Kathy (For current level 3’s, 4’s and 5’s only).
