Announcement Regarding Practice This Weekend! (3/21/11)

Attention Team Park Avenue:

Due to the State Meet this weekend, there will be NO team practice on the following days (ALL LEVELS):

Friday, March 25th
Saturday, March 26th
Monday, March 28th

BEST OF LUCK to our Level 8's, 9's and 10's competing at States!
To all other levels, enjoy your extended weekend!

Important and Exciting Updates for Team Parents! 3/16/11

TEAM PRACTICE CHANGE!

Due to the State Meets, there will be 
NO team practice this Saturday, March 19th OR next Saturday, March 26th for ALL levels.

***EXCEPT!***

Level 8's, 9's and 10's will have practice THIS Saturday, March 19th from 8:00am-11:30am.
Good luck to all of our State qualifiers!!!



Introducing: Adult Vinyasa Yoga Classes at Park Avenue! 
(Ages 16 and Up)

We are very excited to be offering yoga classes for parents and friends at Park Avenue Cooper City. We want to give team parents and staff members priority registration for these classes, as space is very limited. If you are interested in taking Yoga with us, please call the office at (954) 434-0099 to register or schedule a free trial class ASAP! Classes start Monday, March 21st!

Team Announcements 3/10/11

Important Announcements for Team!

Marlins Performance RSVP's!
Coach Jayme needs the RSVP form for the Marlins performance back from ALL team members!
The form was due back on March 5th, but Jayme is still missing forms from several team members. If you have not yet turned in this form, please do so ASAP and make sure you mark whether your gymnast is a YES, NO or MAYBE for the Marlins Performance on Saturday, June 11th at 7:00pm. Thank You!

Level 7/ Prep-Op State Meet Info is Posted!
The link to the meet schedule and information for Level 7/ Prep-Op State is posted under "Important Links for Team Parents" at the top right-hand side of the blog page. You can also view and save the information by clicking THIS LINK. Our team roster is posted on the bulletin board in the gym.
Heads up: The event is at Coral Springs Gymnasium and the City of Coral Springs now charges $2 cash for parking at the event.

The admission price for spectators is as follows:
Adults, ages 13 and up: $12.00
Children, ages 5-12: $7.00
Children 4 and younger &
competing athletes free
*CASH OR CHECK ONLY*

Good luck to our Prep Ops and Level 7's at States!

Boys Team:
Only boys who qualify to regionals will have workout next week. Workout times, if necessary, will be determined after the state meet this weekend. Good Luck to Our Boys at the State Meet!

Changes in Charge Dates for Tuition Next Session:
Team Parents:
Since the next session is 12 weeks
long, we are going to run your
credit cards in 3 equal payments,
rather than the normal 2 halves.
This should help everyone out a
little bit. Please make a note of
the new charge dates below.

Meet Recap: 2011 Cruise Classic Invite at Park Avenue! Feb 11th-13th, 2011

THE 2011 CRUISE CLASSIC MEET WAS A GREAT SUCCESS!!!!!!

We want to congratulate all gymnasts who participated in the 2011 Cruise Classic Meet! Our Park Avenue Gymnasts made us extremely proud, and their hard work and dedication this season is certainly paying off!

Park Avenue Cooper and Park Avenue Weston dominated the team awards!

Daytona Beach, Florida - February 5th-6th, 2011
Congratulations to Team Park Avenue on an outstanding performance at the 2011 Daytona Beach Open Invitational! We are proud of our gymnasts' performance, and once again our boys and girls are on their way to a very successful meet season!


A big congrats to our Level 5 Boys for winning 2nd Place Team! This season is their first season competing at Level 5. Great job, boys! Keep up the good work!
